Project Manager – Charles
Charles’ first experience in the roofing industry was when he was still in high school. He went with his church on a mission’s trip where they installed a new roof on a church in Ohio. There he got to do every part of the roofing process from, “carrying up the shingles to nailing them down.”
His passion for serving and helping others continues to this day, as he still volunteers at his church. “I like helping people and volunteering,” shares Charles. That mission trip not only sparked a lifelong love of helping others but also introduced Charles to his future career in the roofing industry!
Throughout the years he has done everything from, “my own roof repairs, I replaced my soffit and fascia, installed a metal roof for my nephew, I’ve replaced garage doors, and even built an out building.”
A natural handyman, Charles easily transitioned to selling roofs, siding, and windows. Because he has personally installed everything from roofs to garage doors – he has an extensive, hands on knowledge of the products he represents.
His experience installing some of the products we sell has also given him a deeper gratitude for our crews – “I know how hard the work is, so I really appreciate the work our crews do.”
He joined the Integrity team because, “I hold a high standard of integrity for myself,” Charles explains, “It matched with these guys, and I knew I could work here. Bottom line is I like to treat people the way I want to be treated.”
Charles approach to his job here is the same as when he is volunteering – his primary goal is to help you!
Charles can evaluate your home and determine if any defects exist or if the life of your roof and siding can be extended through simple modification of maintenance or repair. His goal is to provide you with the most cost effective solution!
His Customer Reviews:
“I was surprised how quickly the work was done. The crew worked from 8 AM in the morning until about 7:30 Pm. They took an hour off for lunch. So they had the entire roof down in 2 days and the clean up was on the third day then the managers came around to check to make sure everything was done satisfactorily.” Michael G. KCMO
“I was most satisfied with the speed they got the work done and the product. The product was a higher quality than I was expecting. Everyone did a good job.” David C., Independence, MO
