Neal’s journey to Integrity is a testament to his passion for meaningful work. “I came to Integrity because I wanted to work for a company that cares as much as I care about the work I do,” Neal shares.
With previous experience as a general manager for a roofing company, Neal brings extensive knowledge in both commercial and residential roofing, siding and gutters. His strong work ethic and attention to detail are evident in everything he does. “I want to find the problem; I don’t want a band aid solution,” he emphasizes.
Neal’s experience in this industry, combined with his passion for learning is a winning combination! He focuses on being the best because he wants to give his customers the best advice and knowledge about their home.

- His favorite book in the Bible is Job, because it relates to our lives today, “We know from it that things will get better,” he explains.
- Loves the Chiefs, Classic cars, BBQ and smoking meat
- Can shoot an 80 on about any golf course
